Usher Team

altar-150x150There are two usher teams, one for each worship service (Traditional and Contemporary) each Sunday.  Ushers are responsible for giving each person attending church a worship bulletin, assisting anyone who needs help getting to their seat or to the alter to receive Communion, collecting the offering, making a count of attendance for records, and taking  prayer request cards from the congregation to the assisting minister for the Prayers of the People.  Ushers are usually assigned two to a service.

The Usher chairperson and head ushers are elected annually at the Congregation meeting and are responsible for scheduling ushers each Sunday, training new ushers and communicating information to the usher team as needed.  The Usher chairperson is Carl Balduf.  Head Usher (Traditional service) is Carl Balduf.  Head Usher (Contempory service) is Tony Nikolassy.
